Put it up...take it down...

Clinic was very interesting!! We went through two new PE's today, and boy it sure was a lot! We learned about setting up our operatories and taking down and then the maintenance on them. A whole bunch of new stuff all put in a 4 hour clinic day!! Seeing everything that goes into setting up for a patient, made me realize how every time I went in for a cleaning, how much time it really took. Keeping everything clean and disinfected is key! I am loving everyone in my pod, sometimes it feels like we get left out just because we are the farthest away. But we always laugh about that, because half the time we do not know what is going on. Today I passed off my PPE PE, and I think I did a good job. I got a little flustered at first because i was not sure i was ready to pass it off, but then all of a sudden I just was passing it off. I am not sure if this whole "passing off PE's" will ever get easy. They are quite stressful, but I understand why we do them. School is starting to pick up the speed, I am still trying to get the hang of it all. I will get there, it will just take time.
